Patrick was excellent and helped throughout the sale. He was able to show me how to get the most money out of my property and continued even when the sale was complete. I had low offers and I told I am not selling for the offers. Then he was able to help bring in another group of buys and they gave the best offer I thought I could get. They are legit and definitely made it easy during an absolutely chaotic time in our lives. He helped with things he didn’t have to help with and took everything off our plate as far as legwork.
